Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will ensure precise cutting operations, maintain production quality, and support efficient manufacturing processes while following safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC laser cutting machines according to production requirements.
  • Set up machine parameters, materials, and cutting programs.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
  • Inspect finished components to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines.
  • Monitor machine performance and report operational issues.
  • Maintain production records and material usage reports.
  • Follow workplace safety and housekeeping procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or CNC Machining disciplines.
  • 2+ years of experience operating CNC laser cutting machines.
  • Knowledge of CNC operations, sheet metal fabrication, and machine setup.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
  • Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in engineering, steel fabrication, or manufacturing companies.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming basics.
  • Knowledge of different metal materials and cutting techniques.
