Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Masterfully operate CNC lathe machines, ensuring precision in producing components according to detailed blueprints and specifications.
- Skillfully set up machines, including loading programs, selecting cutting tools, and adjusting offsets to achieve optimal performance and accuracy.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of finished parts using precision measuring instruments, guaranteeing adherence to stringent quality standards.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing production efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and mechanical aptitude.
- Hold a relevant vocational certificate or associate degree in machining technology or a related field.
- Certified in CNC machining or possess other relevant certifications, demonstrating expertise and commitment.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC lathe machines in a manufacturing environment.
