CNC Lathe Operator Milestones Pro FZ LLC

A great machine operator must be able to efficiently operate some of the machines from the following list: grinding machines, shape forming machines, drilling machines, automatic stone slicing machines, manual stone sawing machines, milling machines, and CNC lathe machines.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Operate and control a range of machines, including but not limited to grinding machines, shape forming machines, automatic stone slicing machines, manual stone sewing machines, and manual milling machines.
• Set up machines according to the specifications of each job and ensure proper alignment and calibration.
• Load and unload material into machines and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
• Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or abnormalities and make necessary adjustments or investments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machines to ensure their proper functioning.
• Collaborate with the production team to prioritize jobs and meet production schedules effectively.
• Assist in the training and cross-training of other machine operators to ensure flexibility and interchangeability across multiple machines.
• Responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the established standards set by the company.
• check the quality of incoming and outgoing materials or products for a company, as well as the production procedures.
• Operate and maintain various testing equipment, such as calipers, micrometers to measure and assess product characteristics.
• Detect and identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities in products, and communicate these issues to the appropriate teams for corrective action.
