Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines according to technical drawings and specifications. Load materials, select correct tools, and input programs into the CNC system. Monitor machine operations to detect errors, deviations, or defects. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of CNC equipment. Conduct in-process inspections and ensure components meet dimensional and quality standards. Maintain proper documentation of machine outputs, material usage, and inspection records. Collaborate with QC, production, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery. Follow safety guidelines, wear protective equipment, and maintain a clean workspace.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our industrial facility in Al Ghail Industrial Zone, RAKEZ. The role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision components for the oilfield, machining, and industrial equipment sectors. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CNC programming, setup, and quality inspection, ensuring all parts meet technical specifications.

Minimum 3–5 years of CNC operating experience (machining or industrial components preferred). Knowledge of CNC programming, G-code, and tool setups. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols. Familiarity with CNC machines for turning, milling, or multi-axis operations. Understanding of quality control procedures and measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of workshop safety and UAE industrial regulations is a plus. Work Hours Full-time, standard UAE business hours.
