Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate CNC machines based on engineering specifications, ensuring precision and quality in every operation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand the machining processes and tolerances required for each job.
- Monitor machine operations during production runs, making real-time adjustments to maintain optimal performance and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, identifying any issues before they escalate to prevent downtime and costly repairs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in CNC operations are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and its application in CNC programming to enhance productivity.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings, with a keen eye for detail.
