A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Machine Operator plays a crucial role in the manufacturing and production industry. This position demands a skilled individual capable of setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to fabricate, modify, or repair precision parts and instruments. Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines according to production specifications and blueprints.
• Operate CNC machinery to produce parts that meet precise specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or deviations.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical data packages.
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed.
• Adjust machine settings to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Inspect finished products for quality and precision using measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines for product delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.
• Document and report all production and equipment issues for further review.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of computer programming and CNC machinery operation.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
• Attention to detail and strong aptitude for ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Solid understanding of safety standards and protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
