Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring precise calibration and alignment for optimal performance.
  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine specifications and tolerances for each project.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks, using measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for vocational training in CNC operations or machining technology.

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting.

  • Certification in CNC programming or machining from a recognized institution is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with CNC DENER Smart 4100x400 Shearing machine and CNC DENER NC 4100x20 NC Plate cutting machine
