Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator with strong technical skills in drilling, milling, and machining center programming. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling CNC operations independently from start to finish.

  • Perform CNC drilling, milling, and machining center programming from scratch.
  • Convert AutoCAD drawings into machine programs.
  • Operate and program CNC machines using the SIEMENS 828 Control System.
  • Handle CAD graphics and machine programming efficiently.
  • Select and program multiple tools as per machining requirements.
  • Operate and program machines for complex shapes and precision components.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Tool & Die / related field.
  • 6–10 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine operation and programming.
  • Strong knowledge of SIEMENS 828 Control System.
  • Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and convert them into machine programs.
  • Skilled in CNC milling, drilling, and machining center operations.
  • Good understanding of tool selection, cutting parameters, and machining sequences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in complex machining and precision components.
