Threading Cycles

1. Strong knowledge of Mazak, FANUC , SEIMENS and Fadal machining centers

2. Knowledge of metal forming/ Steel / Mild Steel.

3. Knowledge of 2D and 3D CNC programming(Master Cam) / Should have knowledge of CAM Programming

4. Knowledge of good machine maintenance practices

5. Should be able to read Engineering Drawings and Program accordingly.

6. Excellent print reading skills

7. Familiar with GD&T tolerances as listed on manufacturing prints and interpreting same.

8. Knowledge of API thread codes and G code – M code .

Desired Candidate Profile

High school. Preferably ITI qualified or equivalent vocational training.

ITI with minimum 3 years of experience or non-ITI with hands-on experience of more than 8 years as Turner. Experience using measurement and quality control devices including gauges, micrometers, calipers and other quality inspection devices.
Able to read and interpret blue prints and job orders

Diploma In Mechanical Engineering (DME)

Physical endurance - Able to stand for long hours

Must be a team player
