Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expertly interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to understand project specifications and translate them into actionable CNC programs.
  • Masterfully set up, operate, and maintain CNC routing machines, ensuring optimal performance and precision in cutting wood materials.
  • Meticulously select and install the correct cutting tools, considering material type, desired finish, and cutting parameters for superior results.
  • Proactively monitor machine operations, making necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy, speed, and the highest quality of finished products.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Possession of a CNC machining certificate or a related vocational training is a plus, showcasing specialized knowledge.
  • Prior experience in woodworking or manufacturing, offering a practical understanding of the industry is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC routers is highly desirable, indicating proven expertise.
