Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for 2 CNC service technicians:
Specializing in Mechanical parts & components.
Specializing in Electrical & electronics.
Mechanical Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues in CNC machines (plate cutting, press brake, plate rolling machines)
Perform maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Repair and replace machine components such as bearings, gears, shafts, and mechanical assemblies
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime
Service related equipment including welding machines and bandsaws
Align, calibrate, and test machines after repairs
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and manuals
Electrical & Electronics Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic faults in CNC machines
Troubleshoot CNC control systems, PLCs, servo motors, and drives
Handle machine wiring, panel maintenance, and system installation
Work with sensors, relays, encoders, and automation components
Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
Ensure proper functioning of control systems and safety circuits
Support commissioning and setup of CNC machines
Kindly note: These roles will not be completely onsite and may require travel to client locations for service and maintenance work. Company provided transport will be available for all work related travel.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in CNC machine repair (mechanical or electrical)
Strong knowledge of industrial machines such as press brakes, plate cutting, and rolling machines
Experience with hydraulic systems, PLCs, drives, and automation systems
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently
Hands-on experience with welding machines and bandsaws is an advantage
Ability to work independently and handle on-site service jobs
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
Willingness to travel for service and maintenance work if required
