Co-Manufacturing Manager

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and oversee all Co-Manufacturing activities. You will provide direct supervision to our Operations and Quality teams to ensure adherence to approved standards, meet time-bound production plans, and guarantee the highest quality of the final product while maintaining efficient and effective manufacturing processes. You will be directly managing a team of 6 subordinates.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Developing a unified and certified operating system and strategy for Co-Manufacturing.
• Leading and managing the operations teams to standardize performance and achieve company objectives.
• Setting continuous improvement plans for co-manufacturing processes to align with changing customer requirements.
• Reviewing and approving comprehensive operational and quality reports for senior management decision-making and problem resolution.
• Representing the company before contracted factories and relevant governmental/regulatory bodies regarding operations and quality issues.
• Participating in and supervising the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety requirements at production sites.
