Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute precise machine setups by meticulously calibrating equipment to match coating specifications, ensuring flawless product application.
- Prepare and mix coating materials according to precise formulas, ensuring accurate composition and consistent results.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions, using diagnostic skills to pinpoint issues and implement effective solutions for minimal disruption.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the coating process, identifying and rectifying defects to uphold the highest product standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication, to keep the coating machine operating at peak efficiency and prevent downtime.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in operating coating machines or similar equipment, directly relevant to the role.
- Strong understanding of coating processes and materials, reflecting technical expertise.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints, illustrating comprehension skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, meeting the demands of the job.
- High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of general knowledge.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, highlighting practical exposure.
