Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Installation & Setup: Install and configure coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment at client locations. Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and carry out repairs efficiently. Calibration & Quality Control: Calibrate machines for optimal extraction and taste consistency. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Customer Support: Provide training to clients on machine operation and care. Respond promptly to service calls and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical diploma or equivalent experience in electrical/mechanical repair. Previous experience with coffee machines or similar equipment preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
