Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
Drive sales growth through in-store promotions, social media engagement, and community marketing.
Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain product quality. Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure smooth teamwork and high performance.
Monitor sales reports and operational data to improve efficiency and profitability.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in café or F&B store management.
Strong skills in store marketing, sales promotion, and customer engagement.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of inventory systems and basic financial reporting.
Passion for coffee and delivering high-quality customer experiences. Food safety certification is a plus.
