Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.

  • Drive sales growth through in-store promotions, social media engagement, and community marketing.

  • Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain product quality. Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure smooth teamwork and high performance.

  • Monitor sales reports and operational data to improve efficiency and profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in café or F&B store management.

  • Strong skills in store marketing, sales promotion, and customer engagement.

  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of inventory systems and basic financial reporting.

  • Passion for coffee and delivering high-quality customer experiences. Food safety certification is a plus.
