Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection & Data Entry Officer at HD Hyundai Marine Solution Middle East FZE.
Working Hours: 08:00 to 17:00(includes a 1-hour lunch break)
Working days: Monday to Friday
1. Account Receivables Follow-up (Collection)
- Proactively follow up with clients regarding overdue payments via phone and email
- Use polite and professional business English during phone conversations to ensure effective and respectful communication
- Maintain a cheerful and positive tone during calls to create a friendly and cooperative environment
- Build rapport with clients while firmly and consistently managing payment deadlines
- Maintain an accurate log of all collection activities and report progress to management
2. Quotation Data Entry
- Accurately input customer quotation requests into the internal system
- Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams to ensure all required details are received before entry
- Ensure all data is entered in a timely and error-free manner to prevent delays in client response
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Qualifications
- Speak fluent English (especially comfortable with business phone conversations)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Positive, cheerful, and professional attitude – essential for client communication
- Willingness to do repetitive work with consistency
- Ability to work independently and within a team
2. Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer service, call centers, or roles involving frequent client communication
- Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous but not required
Contract Details
- Contract Renewal Cycle: Annually (Salary adjustment with each renewal)
- Annual Leave: 22 days based on working days (according to local labor laws)
