We are seeking a dedicated Collections Officer to join our team. In this role, you will manage outstanding debts, work closely with clients, and support the company s financial performance. You will review the company debtor list, communicate with customers regarding overdue bills, and work proactively to secure payments while maintaining excellent customer relations.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field.
  • Previous experience working as a Collections Officer min. 3 years in the UAE.
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
  • Knowledge of office and accounting software.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reviewing the company debtor list.
  • Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
  • Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
  • Maintaining customer payment records.
  • Writing notices to customers when payments are not being made.
  • Responding to customer queries.
