Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Collections Manager to oversee and manage the collections function, with a strong focus on government and project-based clients. The role involves handling government collections, managing contracts, and ensuring timely and compliant revenue collection. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in government payment processes, project-based collections, and the technology or digital transformation sector.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead and manage the collections function to ensure effective and timely collection of receivables.

Manage and follow up on collections through government platforms such as Etimad and other official portals.

Handle government payment certificates, invoices, and progress payments in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with government entities, ministries, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely collections.

Ensure collections activities align with contract terms, project milestones, and approved deliverables.

Maintain strong relationships with government clients and key stakeholders.

Monitor collections performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.

Prepare periodic collections reports and updates for management.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections.

Strong expertise in collections management and contract administration.

Proven experience working with government entities, ministries, and government-owned companies.

Experience in technology, digital transformation, or project-based environments is highly preferred.

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Arabic (Native), English (Professional working proficiency).

Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
