Develop and implement commercial strategies, meeting company goals and objectives.
Analyze the economic situation and be responsible for the market research, data collection, business plan and feasibility analysis of investment projects.
Design investment projects, predict finance and analyze risk.
Prepare documents for investment projects, compile investment research reports, feasibility studies, and framework agreements, and draw up project implementation plan and action plans.
Focus on strategies to accelerate growth.
Working knowledge of how to conduct market research and analysis including creation of detailed business plans.
Extensive understanding of business growth models and ability to foresee commercial opportunities.
Develop plans for expansion and business development.
Understand existing customer relationships and their requirements to ensure they are being met.
Willingness to take strategic risks, acting to acquire new customers and manage client relationships.
Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.)
Excellent relational skills, working tirelessly to build and maintain beneficial partnerships with key stakeholders.
DESIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
BS/BA in business administration, finance or similar field minimum
3+ years of experience in the same role.
At least 30-40 yrs or age.
Strategic development and critical thinking skills needed to assist in setting financial targets, developing budgets, and monitoring compliance.
Experience of managing and leading a team.
Experience of client focused service delivery.
Proven experience in the management and delivery of projects
Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness
Ability to lead and motivate team

Good understanding of what constitutes excellent customer service.
