Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
    1. Develop and implement the Publisher's digital media commercial strategy to achieve revenue targets and profitability.

    2. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in local and Regional markets (GCC).

    3. Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies across client portfolios to grow account revenues.

    4. Lead pricing strategy development for media services, ensuring competitive positioning and margin optimization.

  • Client Relationship Management

    1. Act as the primary commercial liaison for key clients, building and maintaining long-term partnerships.

    2. Oversee negotiation of media contracts, partnerships, and service agreements with clients and suppliers.

    3. Build and manage Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial, strategic partnerships that provide consistent revenue streams.

    4. Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction , translating into account retention and growth.

    5. Provide clients with Post Campaign reports & data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.


  • Requirements
    1. Personal Traits & Skills
      1. Strong understanding of digital media buying, performance marketing, and programmatic advertising .

      2. Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

      3. Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach .

      4. Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

      5. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

    2. Academic & Certifications
      1. Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

    3. Professional Experience

      1. Minimum 5 7 years of experience in a digital media agency commercial role , with a proven track record of revenue growth.

      2. Experience managing client portfolios with multi-million-dollar media budgets .

      3. Proven expertise in Regional markets (GCC) is a plus.
