Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company s commercial strategy to drive revenue growth across MENA
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers, and enterprise clients
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to align commercial initiatives
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor commercial KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with regional financial regulations and internal policies
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in commercial management, business development, or revenue leadership
- Previous experience within FinTech, digital payments, banking, or financial services
- Strong understanding of MENA financial markets and regulatory environments
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and partnership development
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-border environment
