Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company s commercial strategy to drive revenue growth across MENA

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers, and enterprise clients
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to align commercial initiatives
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships
  • Monitor commercial KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with regional financial regulations and internal policies

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus)

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial management, business development, or revenue leadership
  • Previous experience within FinTech, digital payments, banking, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of MENA financial markets and regulatory environments
  • Proven track record in contract negotiation and partnership development
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-border environment
