Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare inventory lists for assigned station and ensure availability of required ingredients
  • Support other kitchen stations when needed, maintaining overall operational efficiency
  • Follow standard recipes and plating guides consistently
  • Provide the Executive Sous Chef with daily market lists and verify quality of goods received
  • Prepare recipes and costing sheets as requested
  • Assist the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef with food promotions, events, and menu activities
  • Communicate with outlet supervisors to ensure dishes sent out are correctly explained
  • Control food wastage while maintaining quality standards
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food handling in the kitchen

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in the GCC or Middle East is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
