Job Title
Commis Chef 3 Bread Street Kitchen Atlantis The Palm Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce high-quality dishes under the supervision of senior chefs, maintaining consistency and portion control.
- Support daily mise en place and ensure all sections are fully prepared before service.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory management, and minimizing food wastage.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to improving kitchen efficiency.
- Demonstrate passion for food, creativity, and willingness to learn new techniques and cuisines.

Desired Candidate Profile
1 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant.
Formal culinary training or diploma preferred.

Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to grow within a professional kitchen environment.
