Roles & Responsibilities

Join a leading lifestyle hospitality group known for contemporary, design-focused dining concepts and exceptional culinary standards. This role sits within one of Dubai s busiest premium restaurants, offering a modern Mediterranean-influenced menu in a high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plate cold-section dishes according to brand recipes and specifications.
  • Maintain mise-en-place levels and ensure all ingredients meet freshness, storage, and hygiene standards.
  • Support senior chefs with preparation for service, stock rotation, and quality checks.
  • Uphold HACCP protocols and maintain a clean, organised workstation.
  • Coordinate with the wider brigade to ensure smooth service during peak periods.
  • Contribute ideas and improvements within the cold section where relevant.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1 2 years experience as a Commis Chef in a premium, high-volume restaurant.
  • Technical skills in cold-section preparation and presentation.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and international food-safety standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
