Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Follow departmental standards and hotel policies to ensure efficient kitchen operations

  • Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to meet outlet requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
  • Ensure recipes and cooking procedures are followed at all times
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to maximize efficiency
  • Support the implementation of HACCP and Dubai Municipality hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve operational challenges
  • Participate in regular kitchen briefings and team meetings
  • Adapt to changes in food and beverage requirements as directed by management

Desired Candidate Profile

Basic cooking skills with a passion for culinary excellence

  • Previous kitchen experience in hospitality is an advantage
  • Knowledge of food preparation methods, recipes, and presentation standards
  • Strong awareness of hygiene, food safety, and HACCP procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
