He/she will work closely with the Chef De Partie and Service Associates to assure a smooth operation in all aspects of the Kitchen. The image of the Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa Muscat should be reflected at all times through fresh, correctly and hygienic prepared food and consistant quality of the highest standards. He/she must have a helpful attitude, extending beyond guest s expectations.• With minimum 2 years experience in an international hotel in the same capacity.• Must have advanced international culinary experience• Must be up to date with new culinary trends available in the market.• Strictly enforces HACCP guidelines throughout the F&B Kitchen Division.• To check all stations before service.
