Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through active networking, referrals, and targeted marketing to build a robust client base and identify potential properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers, showcasing properties' features and benefits, and effectively addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Evaluate market conditions and property values to provide accurate and competitive pricing strategies, ensuring optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
  • Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contracts with buyers and sellers, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and a commitment to achieving favorable terms for all parties.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Possess a valid Real Estate License, with ongoing professional development to stay updated on industry regulations and practices.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, with a demonstrated track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market, including property values, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
