Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers, showcasing properties' features and benefits, and effectively addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Evaluate market conditions and property values to provide accurate and competitive pricing strategies, ensuring optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
  • Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contracts with buyers and sellers, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and a commitment to achieving favorable terms for all parties.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a valid Real Estate License, with ongoing professional development to stay updated on industry regulations and practices.
