Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

  • Co-ordinating, Installation, testing and commissioning activities and providing advice on T&C procedures and documentation.
  • Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment and compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site tests and handing over.
  • Ensuring the safe testing and commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary system / plant performance in accordance with project program requirements and specifications.
  • Conducting Client training for the systems at project location for handing over and close out of projects.
  • Implement an established project plan, monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
  • Plan, Allocate, Mobilize Manpower for Site with approval from Project Head.
