Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Internal Communications:

  • Set and deliver the comprehensive internal communications plan for MENA.
  • Partner with Communications and Field Marketing teams to develop messaging for senior stakeholders and advise on channel strategy.
  • Create content across multiple audiences and channels including email, townhalls, video, and SharePoint.
  • Lead the internal newsletter autonomously with full responsibility for sourcing, creating, editing, and managing content.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business to understand business structure, lines, and corporate issues.
  • Collaborate with JLL Communications colleagues across business lines and regions on global campaigns.
  • Measure success metrics and implement course corrections where necessary.
  • Support ongoing employee engagement initiatives and ad hoc projects.
  • Manage external employer branding and recruitment communications when required.

External Communications:

  • Support delivery of media relations strategy alongside Communications, Field Marketing, and PR agency teams.
  • Monitor news agenda and identify forward features and upcoming events requiring external communications support.
  • Collaborate on global campaigns with JLL Communications colleagues across business lines and regions.
  • Provide support during issues and crisis management situations.
  • Report coverage and metrics to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide additional support for marketing events on an ad hoc basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements:

  • Five+ years experience in communications role
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining close attention to detail.
  • Aptitude to evaluate and prioritize business requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and ability to serve as JLL ambassador with external stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing, editing, research, and proofreading capabilities.
  • Proven experience coordinating KPIs and identifying process improvements.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and web software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in corporate communications or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of MENA market and business landscape.
  • Experience with crisis communications and issues management.
  • Background in employee engagement and internal communications strategies.
