Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Produce and publish attractive content (texts, images, videos) adapted to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Oversee social accounts, respond to comments and messages, and interact with the community.
- Develop and implement a social media communication strategy to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of posts and campaigns, and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt communication actions.
- Be able to manage crisis situations on social networks professionally and quickly.
- Degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
- Experience in community management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analysis tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
