Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Produce and publish attractive content (texts, images, videos) adapted to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Oversee social accounts, respond to comments and messages, and interact with the community.
  • Develop and implement a social media communication strategy to increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of posts and campaigns, and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt communication actions.
  • Be able to manage crisis situations on social networks professionally and quickly.
  • Degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in community management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analysis tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
