Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute a community engagement strategy aligned with the brand s goals.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the community across platforms.

Monitor, moderate, and respond to community feedback, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Create and curate engaging content to drive interaction and community participation.

Analyze community performance and sentiment using analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to relay community feedback and advocate for user needs.

Develop guidelines to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming community environment.

Handling internal filing and Odoo operation

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using community management platforms

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Experience with customer service or brand advocacy.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools is a Plus.
  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
