Reporting to Senior Manager University Development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sends detailed reports in Arabic and English about students to donors and sponsors each semester
Sends reports to sponsors of conferences, ceremonies and facilities on how the amounts are spent and follow up on their bills.
Coordinates with the Senior Manager of the University Development, develops agenda of all projects to determine their amounts and timelines.
Coordinates with the Senior Management of The University Development, write thank you letters, proposals and letters of request for donors.
Coordinates internal meetings between faculty members to gather their annual requirements regarding their conferences and seminars.
Consolidates a list of all the University s annual requirements for facilities, ceremonies, conferences and research.
Manages the central list of the University, such as contracts and memorandums of understanding for internal coordination between the departments of the university.
Manages the renewal of the expired and inactive contracts and memorandum of understanding and communication with strategic partners.
Coordinates with the Senior Manager of the University Development, establish effective contracts in constant communication with the strategic partner as well as ways they can support the University.
Conduct periodic reports on partner s satisfaction and how to improve it.
Management of medium campaigns for fundraising, ceremonies, competitions and projects 1,000,000-1, 5000,000.
Coordinates large fund raising campaigns among internal departments.
Manages the receipts of the donations and periodic reports on ways of applications.
Coordinates with the marketing and Media Department to provide all the proposed benefits to strategic partners.
Coordinates the strategic partner ceremony and any partner event.
Participates in some meetings of partners and follow up on the meetings periodically.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor in Relevant Field
Minimum 2 years of experience
Relevant Experience in Community Relations and preferably in Higher Education
English is a must, Arabic is preferred
Flexible Timing, Problem Solving Skills, and Customer Services Skills
