Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Safely transport company executives and employees to designated locations, ensuring timely arrivals for meetings and appointments.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, reporting any issues to ensure the vehicle is always in optimal condition.
  • Assist in loading and unloading company materials or equipment, maintaining safety protocols to prevent damage and injuries.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel routes, mileage, and fuel consumption for reporting and reimbursement purposes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in defensive driving or logistics are a plus.

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or logistics environment.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations is essential.

  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered an asset for communication with diverse team members.
