Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Compliance Manager will oversee and manage the organization’s compliance framework across 20+ jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Monitor and manage the compliance tool across all regions to ensure accurate tracking of compliance requirements, filings, and obligations.
Ensure timely updates and maintenance of compliance data within the system, including tracking of deadlines and regulatory submissions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to an ADX-listed entity, including ongoing disclosure obligations and governance standards.
Liaise with regulators such as ADX and CMA and manage all related regulatory communications and filings.
Monitor regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions and coordinate with Compliance and legal counsel and advisors.
Implement and standardize compliance policies and procedures across all regions.
Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and gap analyses to strengthen the compliance framework.
Maintain and update the Related Party Transactions (RPT) register in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
Identify, review, and monitor related party relationships and transactions, ensuring proper approvals and disclosures.
Coordinate with finance, legal, and business teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of RPT tracking.
Plan and conduct departmental and store-level audits across the Group to assess compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
Review, and update compliance policies, procedures.
Prepare quarterly Compliance Department presentations for CLCO and Audit Committee.
Conduct internal compliance reviews, audits, and investigations where required.
Deliver compliance training and awareness programs, across the group.
Act as a key point of contact for regulators, auditors, and external advisors
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have a degree in Law with professional certification-Company Secretary.
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in compliance, preferably in a multinational or listed company environment.
Strong knowledge of multi-jurisdictional compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks.
