Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware components including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, performing repairs or replacements as necessary to ensure optimal system performance.
- Document all hardware repairs, upgrades, and maintenance activities in accordance with company policies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding hardware functionality and best practices.
- Manage inventory of hardware components and coordinate with vendors for procurement and warranty services.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols during servicing.
- Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of new hardware technologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in computer hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues efficiently.
- Strong understanding of computer architecture, components, and peripheral devices.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with end-users.
