A well-established school in Al Ain is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Computer Teacher to join its academic team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality instruction in computer science and digital literacy, helping students develop essential 21st-century skills in a tech-driven learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and teach engaging lessons in computer science, ICT, and digital literacy, aligned with curriculum standards.
  

• Technical Skills Development: Instruct students in key areas such as basic programming, Microsoft Office, internet safety, and coding principles.
  

• Hands-on Learning: Facilitate interactive, project-based learning using educational software, hardware tools, and digital platforms.
  

• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance through practical and written assessments, providing timely feedback and support.
  

• Technology Integration: Promote the use of technology across subjects and support digital learning initiatives within the school.
  

• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, respectful, and organized computer lab environment.
  

• Parental Communication: Update parents regularly on student progress and areas of improvement.
  

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with teaching and IT staff to support cross-curricular projects and improve technology use in classrooms.
  

• Compliance: Ensure all lessons and practices comply with ADEK standards and safety regulations.
  

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 3 years of experience teaching computer science or ICT in a school setting.
  

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; teaching certification preferred.
  

• Language: Proficiency in English
  

• ADEK Approval: ADEK approval or appointment letter (preferred).
  

• Skills:
  

  • Strong technical knowledge and instructional skills
    

  • Experience with educational software, platforms, and programming tools
    

  • Excellent classroom and time management
