Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with personalized service and attention.
- Coordinate and secure reservations for dining, entertainment, and transportation, offering tailored suggestions based on guest preferences.
- Provide detailed information about local attractions, events, and cultural experiences, enhancing the guest's stay with insider knowledge.
- Assist with special requests such as arranging spa treatments, personal shopping, or private tours, ensuring a memorable experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma is essential; a degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred for a solid foundational knowledge.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.
Certifications such as Certified Concierge (CC) or membership in professional concierge associations are advantageous.
Proven track record in customer service excellence, demonstrating the ability to anticipate and cater to guest needs.
