Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expertly construct concrete structures, including foundations, walls, and sidewalks, ensuring precision and adherence to blueprints.
  • Masterfully operate and maintain concrete mixing equipment, guaranteeing optimal consistency and quality of the concrete mix.
  • Skillfully set up and dismantle formwork systems, ensuring structural integrity and proper alignment for concrete pouring.
  • Precisely place and secure reinforcing steel (rebar), enhancing the strength and durability of concrete structures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundational understanding of construction principles.
  • Holds a Concrete Masonry certification, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards and best practices.
  • Demonstrates 3+ years of hands-on experience in concrete construction, showcasing practical expertise and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of concrete mix designs and their impact on structural performance, ensuring quality and durability.
