Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform vibration route data collection on routine basis
- Perform laser alignment independently
- Identify the bearing location for vibration measurement
- Identify the deviation from the normal value while data collection
- Identify abnormalities in the rotating equipment and inform the immediate supervisor
- Identify false readings
- Create and store off route data
- Note down the process parameters
- Update and download the routes in AMS software
- Update the history in AMS software
- Perform thermal scanning
- Perform material composition analysis
- Follow safety procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical certification/ Diploma
Knowledge on basic understanding of rotary equipment
Knowledge on CSI 2140 vibration data collector
Basic knowledge on spectrum analysis
Knowledge and usage of ADRE multichannel instrument for turbines
Knowledge on field balancing
Knowledge on thermography
Good knowledge on computer
Good communication skill
Able to understand manuals
Accommodation and Transportation provided
