SHARE JOB Accountable for conducting the SITA customers access price review upon SITA request and in the agreed deadlines. This entails: Retreiving SITA customer access inventory from the various tools as well as cost and revenue related to this inventory Determining in-scope and out of scope access lines Reconcile the Access cost with Current revenue billed to SITA Reprice the in-scope Access connections Analyse the overall OBS margin impact as a result of this access repricing Accountable, through the interface with various entities (OINIS, Sourcing, CSO) for the correct implementation of the new access pricing in the tools SITA Primary point of contact within Orange Business Services, for access price review issues Interface with Sourcing, CSO, OINIS for all SITA access related queries Attend weekly/monthly Sourcing Committee for SITA scope Work on the access price review process improvemet and automation This is in addition to other adhoc access related projects (PoP closure, Country access optimization, etc ) Investigate and correct all billing rejected for payment by SITA to insure that wrongful billing is credited and source of error is corrected. When investigation reveals rejection is unwarranted, responsible to provide thorough and adequate explanation to SITA to insure reversal of rejection. Act as liaison between Billing Team and Customer Service and Operations/Data Management and Integrity Team to insure timely and accurate data flow from ordering tools to operational configurations to billing repositories. Act as liaison between the SBU and the Orange Ordering Service desk to ensure any non-standard orders are submitted and billed in a timely manner. These include circuit optimization projects, pop closure projects etc.. Prepare various monthly reports for purposes of trend analysis with regard to Ordering billing, and Inventory and rejected invoices.
