Ensures that Property, Supply, Work Order and Customer Service sections function within the guidelines of Army Regulations (AR), DA Pamphlets (DA PAM), local and internal procedures. Additionally, the CPC Lead is responsible for the submission of weekly and monthly reports and Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRL) as required in the performance work statement (PWS).
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
Responsible for the overall operations of the Consolidated Production Control, ensuring the highest quality of customer service is being provided.
Responsible for establishing a flexible and rigid training program that ensures employees are crossed trained in multiple areas of the facility.
Conduct a 100% monthly inventory on Installation Property belonging to the S-6 and ensure accountability at all times.
Responsible for writing and reviewing Internal Operating Procedures (IOP), Work Instructions (W/I), and Forms; submitting requests through the Branch Manager for corrections, additions or deletions.
Ensure all Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRL’s) are submitted on the first work day of the new month for submission to the COR and ACO.
Perform the duties of a sub-hand receipt holder for all assigned GFE Property to the section and ensure accountability of GFE Property monthly.
Perform other duties and assignments as required.
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
Desktop computer, scanners, printers, copiers, and other office related equipment.
Work is generally conducted in an office environment. However, duties may involve working in the out of doors with a potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions, specifically desert heat. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in certain areas. Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices. Must comply with OSHA, EPA, Fire and Safety Regulations and published company work rules. Must be able to lift/push/pull 40 lbs. Working environment will be 90% indoor, 10% outside. The outside work environment will also be very hot due to conditions within the region. Standing, sitting, squatting and other normal office related physical activities required.
