What You ll Do

* Lead large and diverse teams to deliver major infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and tunnels
* Direct Construction Managers, Project Directors, Senior Resident Engineers, and Resident Engineers in supervising assigned work areas
* Assign manpower, equipment, and materials to maintain schedules, efficiency, and budgetary targets
* Anticipate and resolve project challenges such as changes in scope, delays, or budget overruns
* Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly applied across all operations
* Promote innovation to enhance project delivery and quality outcomes
* Review and approve technical and financial proposals for construction supervision and PMC projects
* Maintain strong client, subcontractor, and community relationships, representing Parsons at stakeholder meetings and civic presentations
* Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management and clients
* Establish project-specific policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company and client standards
* Serve as the primary point of contact for construction-related activities with clients and government authorities

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
* Minimum 20 years of diversified experience managing large-scale civil, structural, or industrial projects, including highways, bridges, and tunnels
* Strong track record in leading large teams and delivering projects in the GCC region
* Proficiency in project management tools and advanced knowledge of construction practices
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
* Proven ability to anticipate risks, resolve complex challenges, and deliver projects within scope and budget
