Company & Client Profile:

We are currently seeking experienced, leadership-driven construction professionals to join the team and relocate permanently to Canada.
Job Location:
North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (Full Relocation Support Provided)
Salary & Compensation:
Base Salary Range: $15,000 – $50,000 CAD per month (Commensurate with experience)
Bonus: Eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus as per company policy.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage construction projects across their full lifecycle, ensuring delivery in alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
1. Project Planning & Strategy
Develop comprehensive project execution plans (scope definition, timelines, resource allocation).
Establish project objectives, milestones, and performance targets aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure planning seamlessly incorporates engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
2. Project Execution & Delivery
Lead execution to ensure delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Oversee coordination between multidisciplinary teams and align all project activities.
Proactively resolve project challenges and implement effective solutions on-site.
3. Cost Control & Financial Management
Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and overall financial performance.
Identify cost risks and implement strategic measures to maintain strict financial control.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Risk, Quality & Compliance Management
Identify project risks and develop robust mitigation strategies.
Manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost while maintaining project integrity.
Ensure project deliverables meet engineering quality standards, technical specifications, and QA/QC processes.
Maintain strict compliance with Canadian regulatory requirements and industry standards.
5. Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership
Engage professionally with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal executives.
Provide regular project updates, performance reports, and strategic insights to executive leadership.
Lead, mentor, and foster a high-performance culture among engineers, planners, and support staff.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 10–16+ years of proven experience in construction management (specifically handling large-scale general contracting, civil engineering, commercial, or residential renovation projects).
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Credentials: Strong background tracking engineering, procurement, and execution phases. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, P.Eng) are highly advantageous.
Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams, multi-million dollar budgets, and complex stakeholder relationships.
Relocation Readiness: Must be fully willing to relocate to British Columbia, Canada, and pass all required background, medical, and immigration clearances.

Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking a high-caliber, strategic, and results-driven Senior Construction Professional who possesses a strong combination of technical engineering expertise, commercial acumen, and exceptional leadership skills. The ideal candidate must be fully prepared and eligible to relocate to British Columbia, Canada.
1. Experience & Industry Background
Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 to 16+ years of progressive experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or project management role.
Project Portfolio: Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects, general contracting, infrastructure, commercial developments, or high-end renovation/residential projects from inception to completion.
International Exposure: Prior experience working with multinational teams, or holding an international construction background (e.g., Gulf/GCC region), is highly desirable.
2. Technical & Functional Skills
Project Lifecycle Management: Deep understanding of full-lifecycle project management, including engineering design, procurement, construction execution, and final commissioning phases.
Financial & Cost Control: Strong capability in managing multi-million dollar budgets, handling financial forecasting, variance analysis, and implementing strict cost-mitigation strategies.
Contracts & Risk Management: Skilled in identifying project risks, managing variations/change orders, and overseeing contractual compliances.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with modern project management and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent construction ERPs).
3. Education & Certifications
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or a strictly related field from a recognized university.
Professional Certifications (Highly Preferred):
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Eligibility or registration for professional engineering status (such as P.Eng or equivalent) is a significant advantage for Canadian immigration processing.
4. Leadership & Soft Skills
Team Leadership: A proven mentor capable of guiding multidisciplinary teams of engineers, site supervisors, planners, and subcontractors toward high performance.
Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional command of the English language (both written and verbal) with the ability to confidently present project updates and negotiate with clients, consultants, and executive VPs.
Problem Solving: A proactive crisis manager who can make decisive, analytical decisions under pressure on active construction sites.
5. Relocation & Eligibility Requirements
Must be entirely willing and ready to relocate to North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Must possess a clean legal record and be able to clear comprehensive background checks, credential verifications, and pre-employment medical assessments.
Must meet the baseline eligibility criteria for Canada’s Federal Skilled Worker Program (express entry points, language proficiency requirements, etc.) to smoothly facilitate the visa/PR process.
