Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to optimize project efficiency.
  • Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and submittals, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality control.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they adhere to project requirements and deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, cost analysis, and risk assessments, to stakeholders.
  • Resolve technical issues and conflicts that arise during construction, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards on the construction site.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders, maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project team members to ensure seamless project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required for a Contracting Company:


- Holds Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering

- Minimum 7 years experiences in a construction company in GCC

- Hold U.A.E. Driving License

- Fluent in Arabic & English
