Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Construction Manager (Civil) to oversee and manage building construction projects in the Al Dhafra region, near Madinat Zayed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale building construction projects and possess strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Supervise site activities, subcontractors, and workforce.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain safety and quality standards on site.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and progress reports.
- Solve site issues and ensure effective project execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in building construction (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
- Proven experience in project management and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Willingness to relocate to or work in the Al Dhafra region (near Madinat Zayed).
