Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire construction process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget by coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, translating them into actionable plans for the construction team.
- Manage site operations and enforce safety regulations to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, providing a solid foundation in engineering principles and project management.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in civil construction, demonstrating progressive responsibility and leadership capabilities.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) to validate project management expertise.
- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects, showcasing the ability to handle complexity and scale.
