Roles & Responsibilities

The Electrical Construction Manager is responsible for leading, supervising, and coordinating all on?site electrical construction activities associated with Extra High Voltage (EHV) 220 kV and 400 kV substation projects. This senior role requires a seasoned professional who can manage complex technical operations, ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards, and deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of proven experience in EHV substation construction, preferably within EPC, transmission utility, or large?scale infrastructure environments. The position demands strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast?paced project setting.
