Construction Manager - EPC

We are currently hiring for a Construction Manager (Owner’s Representative) with a leading Oil & Gas MNC based in Dubai.

This role oversees and guides the EPC contractor throughout the project lifecycle—from conception to completion—ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Role:

• Review project schedules, deliverables, and cost estimates in detail

• Oversee all onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations

• Monitor daily work progress and prepare internal and external status reports

• Support the EPC contractor in proactive planning, risk mitigation, and issue resolution

• Coordinate interfaces with third-party contractors to identify and resolve bottlenecks

• Negotiate contractual terms, review agreements, and ensure necessary permits and licenses are obtained

• Ensure adherence to quality construction standards and proper construction methodologies
