Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all construction activities for the High Performance Training Centre - Low-rise buildings experience and facilities like gyms.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Manage resources efficiently and resolve any conflicts or delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 12 years of construction management experience with projects involving sports or high performance facilities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
