Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver EPC and construction projects in compliance with contractual, budgetary, and safety requirements.
  • Oversee site execution, subcontractor coordination, and construction sequencing across civil, mechanical, and E&I disciplines.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve site-level challenges, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Engaged in business development activities and expanding the client base through strategic outreach and relationship building.
  • Identify scope variations, additional works, and VO opportunities to enhance project value.
  • Prepare technical proposals and tender documentation in coordination with estimation and commercial teams.
  • Involvement in budget preparation and project deliverables achievement plans and project overlook plan.
  • Mentor and upskill site team to build a high-performance team.
  • Support HR in recruiting specialist roles through industry networks and referrals.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Petroleum, or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Minimum 15 years of total experience in construction project management.
  • Minimum 5 years in upstream oil & gas construction (onshore), preferably with ADNOC project exposure or approval.
  • Proven experience managing projects valued at $50 million or more.
  • Prior roles as Construction Manager, Site Manager, or Senior Civil Engineer in contractor or subcontractor-level execution.
  • Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks, construction permits, and labor compliance.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Exposure to KPI-based performance management systems.
  • Expertise in civil, mechanical, and E&I construction methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in construction documentation.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contractual clauses.
  • Commercial acumen to identify VO opportunities and support business growth.
